WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests.
• Communicate with servers and managers to keep the dining room running smoothly.
• Keep the host stand clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Help manage guest flow during busy services with confidence and courtesy.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance appropriate for an upscale steakhouse.
