New Albany Country Club is currently accepting resumes for a host to work evenings and weekends.
As a Host at New Albany Country Club, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth flow of the dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat members and guests in a courteous manner
- Manage reservations and prioritize seating
- Retain knowledge of reservations and reservation systems
- Answers the phone politely and professionally
- Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
- Perform all side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Professional Dress Attire is required
