Host/Hostess

As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first impression of the restaurant—greeting guests, managing reservations, and seating guests efficiently to ensure a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with a smile

• Manage reservations and waitlists, we use OpenTable

• Communicate wait times and accommodate guest requests

• Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and organized

• Assist with takeout orders and phone inquiries

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Friendly and professional demeanor

• Ability to stay calm in a stressful environment

• Ability to manage busy shifts with ease
