Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Hosts/Hostesses for available positions. We are looking for friendly, professional, and dependable team members to welcome guests and help create a positive dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements and maintain an accurate seating chart
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Answer guest questions about the menu, restaurant, or dining area
- Manage reservations and waitlists when required
- Communicate estimated wait times to guests
- Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth service
- Monitor dining areas and assist with keeping tables and entry areas organized
- Answer phones and assist with basic customer inquiries
- Help maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Assist servers and other restaurant staff as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous host/hostess, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
