We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late night lounge.Sea Monkey is a high end club and lounge space, featuring a beautiful, tucked away speakeasy. We are open Wednesday through Saturday evenings. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, and focus on small bites and sea food offerings. Candidates should have:-Open availability on all Friday and Saturday evenings-Have previous high volume restaurant or club experience-Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space-Able to work independently and proactively
