Your Role as a Hospitality Team Member in Front of House (FOH)
- Represent Chick-fil-A with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a smile
- Provide outstanding guest service, always saying “my pleasure”
- Follow operational policies and procedures accurately and efficiently
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment including order-taking, dining room hosting, cleaning, drive-through, re-stocking, and more
- Work collaboratively as a dependable and adaptable team member
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in house training and stay up to date any changes
- Stand for long periods and lift 10-15 lbs regularly
What We’re Looking For
- At least 16 years old with some high school education or higher
- Previous experience in food service, marketing, leadership, or sales is a plus
- Passion for serving others with genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including Saturdays
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- If hired, you must obtain a Southern Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card
