HOSPITALITY TEAM LEAD

Join the Grand Opening Team of the brand-new Chick-fil-A near Great Lakes Crossing opening late Fall of 2026!

We are hiring Hospitality Team Leads for our Front of House (FOH) Team--also known as Shift Managers or Assistant Managers--for our Hospitality Team:

  • No experience necessary, training provided
  • Openings available for day & evening shifts
  • Full-time and part-time hours available

You have some leadership experience and you are ready to take the next step in your leadership journey as a Team Leader, Shift Manager, or Assistant Manager.

What You Will Do

As a Team Leader, you are primarily responsible for:

  • Leading and directing Front of House / Hospitality operations during your scheduled shift
  • Assessing business needs throughout the shift and assigning Team Members to positions that best support operational success
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing Team Members with real-time feedback and accountability
  • Partnering with the Kitchen Team Lead to communicate business needs, staffing adjustments, and operational priorities
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, food quality, cleanliness, and operational procedures
  • Ensuring team members are following recipes, procedures, and Chick-fil-A standards
  • Balancing food quality, speed of service, accuracy, and team care when making operational decisions

Some responsibilities of all Team Members include:

  • Provide a safe, welcoming, and kind environment for all Customers and Team Members
  • Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness models)
  • Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both Customer and Team Member areas
  • Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts

Specific Hospitality Team Lead job duties include:

  • Deliver excellent customer service by interacting with Customers with a smile, making eye contact, and speaking in a friendly tone
  • Work as a cashier at the front counter, taking orders and payments with accuracy and speed
  • Take orders and serve Customers at the drive thru
  • Bag and serve meals with accuracy and speed
  • Maintain clean and hospitable dining room and restrooms
  • Move with urgency and stay productive from the moment your shift starts
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Display grit and positivity, particularly during rush periods
  • Own your impact on the Customer experience
