The Hospitality Specialist Lead at Opensity Solutions is responsible for overseeing daily hospitality operations while delivering elevated concierge-style service within a professional corporate environment. This role leads meeting and event support activities, coordinates hospitality services, and serves as a key liaison between guests, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of workplace hospitality experiences. The Hospitality Specialist Lead operates with minimal supervision, supports team training initiatives, and contributes to operational excellence and service quality. This position is classified as non-exempt.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver elevated concierge-style hospitality experiences that reflect professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service.
Independently manage daily hospitality operations, meeting support, and event coordination with minimal supervision.
Schedule, prepare, and oversee meeting room setups according to client and event specifications.
Conduct routine walkthroughs of conference rooms, visitor offices, and hospitality spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adequate supply inventory.
Lead event setup and breakdown activities in alignment with client requests and operational standards.
Support miscellaneous hospitality requests and monitor service/resource request systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Utilize event planning software, scheduling platforms, and workplace technology systems to coordinate hospitality services effectively.
Coordinate with IT and support teams to resolve equipment issues and escalate incidents as necessary.
Escort guests and clients to meeting spaces while ensuring all meeting requirements and service expectations are met.
Serve as a liaison between guests, clients, vendors, and internal staff to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate maintenance or conference room repair needs to Facilities and Hospitality teams.
Assist management with onboarding and training new hires on hospitality procedures, service standards, and operational processes.
Track, analyze, and communicate hospitality production metrics and operational performance data to management and clients.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using scheduling systems, event planning software, and workplace technology tools.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships and foster collaboration across teams.
Ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and adaptability under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED .
Experience: 1–3 years of hospitality, conference services, client service, hotel, or food & beverage experience . Experience in a lead or supervisory hospitality capacity preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with event planning software, room reservation systems, and workplace service platforms preferred.
Ability to coordinate with IT support and utilize workplace technology effectively.
The Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 28.00 USD per hour. Compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
