Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for Operational Excellence. . A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are leading shifts so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members to perform tasks efficiently and with excellence. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. The owner/operator of the King George Chick-fil-A was selected to be an owner/operator after leading a local Chick-fil-A and would love to help his team achieve their dreams!

Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Will lead shift in front or back of house
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to lift and carry 10-60 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
