The Wilkinson Firm is seeking a Hospitality Operations Consultant to elevate front of house and guest service standards across our partner venues. This is a contract role for professionals who understand how to turn service into an art form.
About the Role
You will visit venues quarterly to evaluate service delivery train teams and advise on hospitality best practices. Your insight will help shape how our firm defines premium service.
Responsibilities
• Conduct quarterly audits of service and guest experience
• Lead training sessions for service and management staff
• Develop practical guides and checklists for venue teams
• Report findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
• Extensive background in hotel banquet or hospitality management
• Experience training teams and improving operational systems
• Strong presence attention to detail and collaborative approach
Compensation and Benefits
• Contract rate of 60 to 100 per hour based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement for on-site visits
