Hospitality Operations Consultant (Quarterly Training Role)

We are expanding our training and quality assurance programs in Raleigh and Greenville and looking for experienced hospitality consultants to coach our teams and partners.

Responsibilities
• Oversee quarterly hospitality audits and team evaluations
• Facilitate interactive workshops on service standards and leadership
• Coach event managers and frontline leaders to build confidence and consistency
• Provide feedback and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Qualifications
• Strong background in hospitality training operations or management
• Excellent presentation and coaching skills
• Ability to inspire teams and raise service standards

Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly contract rate from 60 to 100 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement for site visits
• Flexible schedule for remote planning and on-site sessions
