Job Overview:
PMB Talent Partners is seeking 10 professional,
energetic Hosts and Hostesses for opportunities at a premier hospitality venue
featuring three distinct experiences: an elegant fine dining restaurant, a
lively casual restaurant, and an upscale nightlife club.
As a Host or Hostess, you will be the first point of
contact for guests, helping create a welcoming experience while coordinating
reservations, managing seating, and supporting smooth operations across all
three areas.
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly Wage: $16.50 – $18.00 / hour (Based on experience)
- Additional Pay: Daily tip-share eligibility
- Position Type: Seasonal Contract (No benefits provided)

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally while managing seating across the fine dining, casual dining, and nightlife areas.
- Manage reservations, walk ins, and VIP guest lists using the venue's reservation system.
- Coordinate with servers, security personnel, and management to support efficient seating and guest flow.
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional host stations and entrance areas.
- Communicate wait times and seating updates clearly to guests.
- Provide attentive customer service while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
- Remain organized and composed during high volume periods.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor suitable for upscale dining and nightlife environments.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Schedule Availability:
- Full-time and part-time hours available.
- Must have flexible availability, including late-night weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday).
