The Role
If you enjoy learning and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you. You'll audit live casino games using strong mental math, memorization, and attention to detail — perfect for candidates with tutoring, teaching, accounting, cashiering, or other numbers-heavy experience.
Schedule & Shift Details
- Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 12pm–8pm.
- Shifts: Be prepared to work late-night and overnight hours.
- Weekend Requirements: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required.
What You'll Do
- Monitor live casino table games accurately and consistently
- Correct dealer directly when a rule or procedure is broken
- Perform rapid mental math to calculate payouts, wagers, and bet verification
- Memorize rules, payout structures, and game procedures for each game you’re certified on
- Manage chips at the table (stacking, sorting, passing)
- Reconcile table banks and chip inventory
- Maintain accuracy under pressure while delivering excellent guest experience
- Earn new game certifications through paid training, tied to pay increases
- Maintain your state gaming license

Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- Authorized to work in U.S.
- Proficient in mental math (addition, multiplication, division and subtraction)
- Pass background check, credit check, and drug screen
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit or stand at a gaming table for 3–4 hours at a time
- Able to use hands and fingers in a dexterous manner (rotating wrists, grabbing, pulling, pushing, pinching, tapping)
- Able to lift 5–10 pounds for chip management and bank reconciliation (varies by location)
- Able to see, speak, and hear clearly during gameplay
- Necessary vision capabilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
- Comfortable with direct communication and giving corrections when needed
- Able to stay focused and manage stress effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
