    Hospitality Associate

    Top of the Ridge Restaurant | Part Time

     

    Shifts: 4:00PM to 8:00PM (Weekends and Holidays may be included)

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to residents and guests
    • Communicate menu items, daily specials, and make knowledgeable recommendations
    • Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the system, and deliver meals promptly
    • Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and resolve concerns in a timely manner
    • Assist with light food preparation, including salads, condiments, and beverage service
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization using clean-as-you-go practices
    • Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines

     What You’ll Need

    • 3–5 years of prior serving experience in a casual fine dining or hospitality setting preferred
    • Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
    • Bartender’s license or willingness to obtain upon hire
