We are looking for an Account Manager at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO.
The salary range for this role is $60,000-65,000.
Job Summary- Audio Visual Account Manager
The Account Manager will prospect new clients for national business opportunities while maintaining a business relationship with existing clients to encourage repeat business. They will be responsible for providing estimated budgets that support the clients vision while maintaining a profitability threshold of 45% for each event, while working to reach the annual revenue performance goals established by INSPIRE.
Summary of essential job functions- Account Manager
Contact national sales lead sources, including, but not limited to:
Convention and Visitors Bureaus calendar
Internet searches
Invoicing
Monitor in-market client lists to ensure information is kept up to date
Operate seamlessly with both Sales and Operations
Demonstrate evidence of organization and accountability in the position
Uphold excellent customer service skills under pressure
Articulate in communicating ideas, concepts, and directions clearly and concisely
Maintain grooming to company standards and the standards of our clients
Maintain excellence in customer service, organization, and problem-solving
Establish credit accounts for events invoicing over $10,000
Work with Accounts Receivable on invoicing
Create Credit Memos when appropriate
Complete a Job Cost on all events invoicing over $5,000 pre-tax
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned
