What Youll Do:- Provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during night shifts and admit shifts
- Handle adult patient admissions, averaging 68 nightly
- Support hospital staff with admit processes and patient care coordination
- Work with Epic EMR system for charting and documentation
- Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure quality patient care
- Support the hospital's closed ICU environment without procedural responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations
What You Need:- Active Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- MA medical license and DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of hospitalist experience
- Ability to work night shifts and admit shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to support the hospital's workflow needs
