We are hiring a full-time nocturnist position. The nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and be able to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit, well-established team of 21 physicians at Dignity St. John's.
Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
Dignity St. John's Regional Medical Center earned an "A" rating through Leapfrog Safety.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

Nocturnist - 7 PM - 7 AM.
Part-time, average of 7-8 shifts per month.

Key Responsibilities:

You will do admissions and cross coverage.
Open ICU, but no procedures are required for this role.

Annual full-time compensation is $300k- $342k, depending on the schedule worked.
Part-time is pro-rated based on the FTE.
