What Youll Do- Provide pediatric inpatient care and oversee patient treatment plans
- Participate in weekend call coverage, approximately once per month
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure quality care standards
- Follow hospital protocols and compliance guidelines
- Assist with patient flow and coordinate care during scheduled shifts
What You Need- Valid medical license in Texas or eligible for licensure
- Pediatric hospitalist experience preferred (patient care, diagnosis, treatment)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently during scheduled shifts
