LMH Health is located in Lawrence, Kansas, and also serves the surrounding communities through four rural health clinics. It is a four-star hospital focused on being the best healthcare system in which to give and receive care.
- 168 shifts per year
- 2-3 night shifts per month expected
- 2,250 per extra day shift, 2,350 per extra night shift
- Day shifts are 7a-5p. Admission days are 6a-5p
- Round with APPs that help with admissions, follow ups, discharges
- 15-20 encounters per day on average
- Open ICU, responds to codes, ED intubates
- No procedures required
- Typically work 7 on and 7 off but work with candidates if flexibility is needed
- 350k per year base salary + CME allowance
LMH Health is seeking full-time Nocturnist
- Nocturnist position is responsible for overnight admissions and cross cover
- Average 5-6 admissions overnight
- Responds to codes. ER intubates. No procedures required
- 14 days per month. This is 7 on 7 but flexibility in scheduling is available
- 8 pm - 6 am. Assistance with admissions by APP until midnight
- Salary of $370,000 per year with CME allowance.
