Questcare, a Division of Envision, seeks a Hospitalist Site Medical Director at Medical City Fort Worth.

Director Profile:

• Must be Board Certified Internal Medicine (ABIM) - Previous leadership experience required
• Active TX license preferred or in-process

• Protected clinical time

• Open, collegial, and supportive relationship with executive hospital leadership

• Duties include co-management with specialties, clinical support for physicians on shift, shadowing and coaching, onboarding and mentoring new physicians, recruiting, and strategic planning.

• W2 Employee status with medical, dental, vision insurance and 401k options

Position Profile

• Experienced group of 16 full time/daytime hospitalists

• 3 Advanced Practice Providers who assist with admissions and cross coverage at night

• Average census per hospitalist is 18-22

• Exclusive hospitalist program

• Excellent, long-term relationship with hospital administration

• Collaborative team - Envision also provides the Emergency Medicine services at Medical City Fort Worth
