Fort HealthCare, located in beautiful Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join our dedicated team and well established Hospitalist Medicine Program consisting of 3-full-time employed Hospitalists, 1 hospitalist APNP, and a group of long-term, part-time independent contractors. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and high-quality care.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule & Department Details:
- 12 hours shifts, 7a-7p, 160 shifts per year/average of 13.3 shifts per month with the flexibility to cover NOC shifts as needed, schedule patterns are up for discussion to promote work-life-balance
- Average 8-15 patients per provider per shift
- 4 bed open ICU managed by our hospitalist team
- Procedures are not required – optional based on providers comfortability
