    Your clinical skills will be utilized across a wide spectrum of complex medical cases. Tender Paws offers full-service veterinary care including Wellness and Prevention, Testing and Diagnostics, Advanced Care, and a strong focus on Surgical Procedures and Urgent Care. To ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care, we maintain strong working partnerships for specialty consultation and referrals with leaders like Texas A&M University, Blue Pearl Specialty & Emergency Pet Hospital, and Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists. These relationships guarantee that you always have immediate access to high-level specialist support when managing challenging cases.

    What You'll Bring to the Team

    • Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
    • A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
    • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
