    What You’ll Do
    • Collaborate with hospital teams (case managers, nurses, physicians, discharge planners) to coordinate patient discharges
    • Ensure timely delivery, setup, and patient education on respiratory & DME equipment
    • Verify insurance coverage and complete referral documentation
    • Support emergency equipment requests and troubleshoot issues
    • Travel to patient homes for equipment setup and follow-up using a company vehicle
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance activities
    • Provide in-service education and CEU presentations to staff
    • Lift and transport equipment up to 65 pounds as needed
    What You Need
    Required:
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
    • Strong communication and organization skills
    • Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

    Preferred:
    • 3+ years healthcare or medical equipment experience
    • Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing
    • Experience working with hospital teams and patient care coordination
