We are seeking a Laboratory Director to lead hospital laboratory operations.

Full-time leadership role
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical laboratory operations and staffing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Manage budgets and operational performance
- Support quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in laboratory science or related field
- Prior leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of hospital laboratory operations
