Laboratory Director – Weirton, WV Area
Location: Weirton, WV 26062
Salary: $104,582 – $156,853/year
Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Director for a permanent leadership opportunity in the Northern West Virginia area.

This position will oversee clinical laboratory operations, staff, quality, compliance, and overall laboratory performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• ASCP certification required
• Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Laboratory Manager or Director
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of laboratory quality, regulatory, and compliance standards

Compensation: $104,582.40 – $156,852.80 annually, commensurate with experience.
