    Full-Time Dental Hygienist

    Connected Health Care is partnering with a highly regarded healthcare organization to recruit a Full-Time Dental Hygienist for an opportunity within travel distance of Olympia, WA.

    We are looking for a motivated Dental Hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients and providing high-quality preventative oral healthcare. In this role, you’ll work as part of a supportive dental team and provide services through both onsite and mobile dental clinics, giving you the opportunity to make an impact across the communities you serve.

    Dental Hygienist Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive preventative dental hygiene services
    • Perform routine cleanings, assessments, and dental hygiene treatments
    • Obtain and document dental X-rays
    • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and long-term dental health
    • Maintain accurate and timely patient treatment documentation
    • Provide care in both onsite and mobile dental clinic environments
    • Follow CDC guidelines for sterilization and infection prevention
    • Maintain compliance with OSHA, WISHA, and patient safety standards
    • Work collaboratively with dentists and other healthcare professionals
    • Help create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient
    • Deliver professional and compassionate customer service

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene Program
    • Current Washington State Dental Hygienist License required
    • Anesthetic Endorsement required
    • Current AHA BLS certification required
    • Understanding of CDC sterilization and infection control standards
    • Knowledge of OSHA and WISHA regulations
    • Strong patient education and communication skills
    • Ability to work successfully within a collaborative dental team
