What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program or a related health/human services field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of three years of hospice clinical experience required.
• Strong knowledge of hospice care delivery, regulatory standards, and quality practices.
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and build collaborative partnerships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Clinical management experience preferred.
• Experience with hospice triage and after-hours operations preferred for 24/7 care environments.
