We are looking for a friendly and energetic Hospice Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our thriving Hospice. As the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, delegating clinical staff, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring excellent client care. Responsibilities 

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospice
• Approve/Audit clinical work
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Create employee schedules
• Order products and maintain inventory
• Assist with developing procedures to deliver the highest level of patient care
• Adhere to all health and safety standards
• Oversee internal and external communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health services administration, or related field is preferred 
• Previous experience managing a healthcare facility
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to patients’ request gracefully
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff in a positive manner
• High level of organizational skills
