Well established hospice agency has a need for an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to see patients in the Boston area neighborhoods area in MA. Well established hospice agency has a need for an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager to see patients in the Boston area neighborhoods area in MA.

Requires minimum 1 year Hospice RN experience with a Medicare certified agency.

Primary nurses provide quality nursing care to identified Hospice patients. The scope of the primary Hospice RN includes direct patient care, coordination of patient and patient advocacy. Patient includes the individual, family/significant other and community. Must be comfortable with issues relative to end-of life care, death and dying.

• Monday-Friday
• 40 hours/week
• No weekends required
• Excellent pay rates + IRS mileage reimbursement
