Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in their homes.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patient health status and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding disease management, medication administration, and home care techniques.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support patient recovery.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or related field.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation to visit patients at their homes in Michigan.
