Community Liaison – Hospice Outreach
Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000/year + uncapped commission
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
The Role
We're seeking a driven, compassionate Community Liaison to build relationships with physicians, healthcare partners, and referral sources throughout Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Westmoreland, and Orange Counties.
As our Community Liaison, you will:
- Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in the medical community
- Conduct regular outreach to position hospice services as the provider of choice
- Drive referral growth through intentional visits with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, and social workers
- Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and clarity
- Exceed growth and census goals across your service area
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with healthcare professionals and community agencies
Preferred:
- Hospice or palliative care marketing experience
- Prior clinical background
