Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute hospice marketing initiatives to achieve census and growth goals
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with referral sources, facilities, physicians, and community partners
Educate providers and community stakeholders on hospice services, specialty programs, and quality outcomes
Conduct ongoing market assessments and develop strategic plans to support growth targets
Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams to align outreach with care capabilities
Recruit, orient, and manage members of the marketing team
Monitor community perception and promote the organization as a trusted, high-quality hospice provider
Identify opportunities for service expansion and improved community access to care
Track and report marketing effectiveness and resource utilization
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing management experience, hospice experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of healthcare markets, payer sources, and referral dynamics
Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and motivate marketing teams
Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on community engagement
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle for community visits
