Position Summary : Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, and in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), provides direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and organizational policy. The Staff Licensed Practice Nurse manages stress appropriately, makes decisions under pressure, handles multiple priorities, works alone, and manages anger/fear/hostility/violence of other appropriately.
