Hourly pay range: $27.71 min. - $40.18
Reporting to the Administrator/Director of Hospice, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining a spiritual care program for the terminal patient and family/caregiver.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in Pastoral Education, Divinity or Theology, or ordination, license, or specific chaplaincy training with faith community sanctions.
- Two units of clinical pastoral education preferred.
- Two years of pastoral experience as clergy or chaplain.
- Previous home care experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Current CPR certification required.
- Valid CA driver’s license and an automobile, with current registration and insurance, for field work required.
- Certification in a national chaplain’s organization preferred.
- MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work. (Grandfathered: existing employees must complete new requirements by 6/9/2025.)
