    Position Details:

    • Service Area: Fall River and Surrounding Areas
    • Job Type: Part Time
    • Schedule: Monday - Friday
    • Hourly Rate: $25.00

    Position Overview

    The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a paraprofessional member of the home care team who provides personal care services to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or therapist.

    In this role, you will support patients with daily activities, monitor their condition, and communicate observations to the clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support
    • Observe and report changes in patients’ condition to the supervising nurse or therapist
    • Document care provided and patient observations accurately
    • Follow the care plan established by the Registered Nurse
    • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients in their homes
    • Promote quality, continuity, and safety of patient care

    Qualifications

    • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Massachusetts preferred; Home Health Aide certification accepted
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Ability to read and follow written care plans and document services provided
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Compassion and empathy for individuals who are ill, injured, or elderly
    • Current CPR certification required
    • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and professionalism
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
    • Ability to assist patients with repositioning, transferring, and other physical tasks.
