Description

TCI has an immediate need for a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CAN) in Williamsburg, VA. This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility of hire.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Hospice CNA to support individuals and their families throughout the end-of-life journey. The CNA will provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living in patients’ homes, care facilities, and other non-residential settings.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Duties performed at a place of residence.
  • Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other daily living activities.
  • Providing compassionate companionship and support to patients and families.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with light household activities as needed.
  • Supporting patients in residential and non-residential care settings.
  • Providing guidance to families and caregivers regarding nutrition, cleanliness, and daily care needs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Current CNA certification required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to end-of-life care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
  • Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Caroline County
