Hospice Nurse – Austin, TX | Mon–Fri, 8a–5p | Competitive hourly pay

Looking for an experienced hospice RN to join a leading facility in Austin, Texas. Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Provide compassionate hospice nursing care in compliance with care plans
  • Assess patient needs and review symptoms, medication management
  • Educate patients and families regarding comfort measures and final wishes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient progress and care activities accurately
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols

What You Need
  • Valid RN license in Texas
  • Minimum of 2 years hospice experience
  • Strong assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort working with a diverse patient population including end-of-life care needs
