    A Hospice Admission Nurse is responsible for evaluating and admitting patients into hospice care. They assess the patient's medical condition, explain hospice services to patients and families, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. This role requires strong communication skills, compassion, and clinical expertise to support patients during a difficult transition. Hospice Admission Nurses collaborate with providers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans. Their goal is to provide comfort-focused care while addressing the emotional and medical needs of patients and families.

    Must have:
    • Current, active RN license in the state of Arizona, including fingerprint clearance, current CPR.
    • One year of experience as a hospice RN.

    Shift: Monday-Friday 0800-1700
