  • Premium Compensation:$55.00 to $65.00 hourly starting pay based on experience, plus bonus opportunities
  • Timeline: Target start date is late September / early October 2026.
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver Cutting-Edge Care: Guide highly personalized wellness plans utilizing advanced laboratory testing, HRT, peptide therapies, and injury recovery protocols.
  • Perform Clinical Procedures: Conduct in-clinic treatments, perform basic blood draws, and execute specialized wellness protocols under the supervision of our Medical Director.
  • Build Relationships: Dedicate real time to patient education, tracking outcomes, and helping clients reach their long-term health and performance goals.
  • Maintain Smooth Operations: Keep accurate, timely documentation (SOAP notes) in an organized, low-stress environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Licensure: Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) / Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Arizona. Current DEA license or ability to obtain DEA. 
  • Credentials: Active national certification (e.g., FNP, AGPCNP, or adult-focused specializations).
  • Skillset: High professional competence, strong communication skills, and comfort performing standard clinical procedures.
Preferred Experience 
  • If you do not have these skills but possess a passion for longevity medicine, we encourage you to apply:
  • Injections & Aesthetics: Experience or comfort with PRP injections (musculoskeletal/joint, facial, hair restoration) or facial aesthetics (Botox/neuromodulators, microneedling).
  • Hormone Therapy: Background with Hormone Pellet Procedures or standard HRT/peptide therapy protocols.
  • Passion Project: A genuine personal or professional interest in wellness, preventative longevity, and regenerative medicine.
