Must-Haves
- 3–4+ years of manual or CNC machining experience
- Demonstrated CNC setup capability
- Comfort with shift rotation (Day Shift, then afternoon shift)
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience on Horizontal Boring Mills, Vertical Turning Centers, Vertical Mills, or Horizontal Lathes
- Background machining large steel mill parts (shafts, rolls, housings)
- Knowledge of repairing/refurbishing industrial parts and machines
What You’ll Do
- Set up, run, and troubleshoot CNC equipment
- Read and work from blueprints; hold tight tolerances
- Perform tool changes and offsets during both new builds and refurbishment projects
- Operate across Horizontal Boring Mills, Vertical Turning Centers, Vertical Mills, and Horizontal Lathes
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation & Perks
- $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
