What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the key point of contact between customers and technicians
- Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations
- Advise customers on needed repairs and maintenance – and sell with integrity
- Provide timely updates to customers on service status
- Follow up with appointment reminders and post-service communication
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
What You Bring:
- Experience as a Service Advisor/ Writer (required)
- Strong automotive knowledge and a passion for customer care
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CDK software (preferred)
- Professional appearance, work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving and background record
