About the Role: Working couple is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Homemaker to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities: - Perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and laundry
- Assist clients with grocery shopping, errands, and other household tasks
- Assist Clients with maintaining garden and outdoor spaces
Requirements: - Prior experience in homemaking, caregiving, or a related personal care role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach
- Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of food safety, meal preparation, and household sanitation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs
