Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Assist with light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and tidying living spaces
- Help with meal planning and preparation to ensure proper nutrition
- Assist clients with errands, grocery shopping, and accompany to appointments
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or living conditions to supervisors
- Support clients with daily activities as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment for clients
Requirements:- Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or a related field preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a level 2 background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
