Korean Women's Association (KWA) is seeking a full-time Homecare Performance Leader to support quality, compliance, and team performance within our In‑Home Care program.This role is designed for a leader who enjoys coaching supervisors, using data to drive improvement, and ensuring high standards of care across multiple sites. It is not a traditional management role-it is focused on outcomes, consistency, and support.This is a full-time position, 8:30 - 5, M-F, in Lakewood, WA.
