    Job Summary

    Trusted Hands Senior Care is seeking a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily office operations, staffing, efficiencies, compliance and high-quality client service delivery. This leadership role requires someone who is organized, solution-driven, and able to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced home care environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day office operations, full cycle and emergent situations
    • Maintain consistent office environment and culture
    • Ensure smooth coordination across all teams
    • Lead and supervise office staff
    • Resolve employee conflicts and handle disciplinary actions (office & field)
    • Oversee scheduling and staffing gaps
    • Monitor local contract progress and time reconciliation
    • Conduct employee evaluations and discipline
    • Oversee onboarding for new hires and clients
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    • Participate in client visits and monthly team meetings
    • Track and report on operational performance
    • Provide weekly updates and findings to leadership
    • Support new client intake and service setup
    • Conflict resolution management

    Qualifications

    • Experience in home care or healthcare operations, or related field (preferred)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication abilities
    • Ability to multitask, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and mange competing priorities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of industry level compliance and regulatory standards (preferred)
    • Reliable, professional, and punctual
    • Proficiency in MS Office
