Support is tailored to each person's goals, preferences, and needs, ensuring dignity, choice, and community inclusion.Minimum Requirements· Education: High school diploma/GED· Age: At least 21 years old· Experience: Six months of successful work or volunteer experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)· Licenses / Certifications:o Valid Illinois Driver's Licenseo Proof of auto insurance meeting minimum legal coverage requirementso Ability to obtain medication self-administration training and defensive driving certification within the first 90 days of employment
