What You'll Do
- Diagnose residential electrical issues
- Repair and replace electrical components and systems
- Install panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, EV chargers, surge protection, and other residential electrical equipment
- Perform electrical safety evaluations
- Educate homeowners on repair and upgrade options
- Complete service documentation using company-provided technology
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every call
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum 2 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners
- Professional communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work independently while remaining a team player
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
