• Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues with quality workmanship and customer care.
• Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, appliances, and related water treatment systems.
• Respond quickly to service calls; deliver accurate, transparent estimates.
• Educate customers on issues, options, and recommended solutions.
• Comply with local plumbing codes and all safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace; store and care for tools and equipment properly.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive culture.

Credentials and experience

• Valid plumbing license.
• Proven experience in residential plumbing with strong repair and system knowledge.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical and logistical requirements

• Physical stamina; able to lift heavy materials and work in tight or confined spaces.
