Home Health visiting RN - Spanish speaking preferred

We are specifically looking for Per-Diem RNs with IV experience that can complete Start of Care/Recertification/Resumption of Care/Discharge assessment OASIS . Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to create care plans.

Locations:

• Americade Home Health Agency is looking for Per-Diem RNs to visit patients in their homes. Currently seeking coverage around South Gate, Lynwood, Compton, East & South LA, and surrounding cities within LA county 
• Please note our office is located in the City of Westminster, but we are looking for RNs that can service Los Angeles/LA county. Interviews will be conducted at our office located at 14541 Brookhurst St #C9 Westminster, CA 92683
  
  

Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to create care plans.
• We are specifically looking for Per-Diem RNs with IV experience that can complete Start of Care/Recertification/Resumption of Care/Discharge assessment OASIS
• Administer medications, injections & IV infusion therapy (experience required)
• Creating treatment plans relevant to the patinet's contion with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards while maintaining meticulous medical records and documentation.

Requirements

• Valid RN license in good standing with relevant state licensing boards.
• 1-3 years of experience in Home health/public health (required)
• Completion of OASIS- E2 documentation (required)
• IV infusion therapy (experience required)
• Spanish speaking heavily preferred 
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• CPR/BLS certification
• Background check and health clearance required
