Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for clients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide therapy sessions focused on improving communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California state license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or home health setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
